Quickstart Guide
Deploy your first MCP server in under 5 minutes.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- An MCPner account (sign up for free)
- A data source to connect (API, database, or files)
- Claude Desktop or another MCP-compatible client
Step 1: Create a New MCP Server
Log in to your MCPner dashboard and click "Create New MCP Server". Choose a name and description for your server.
Step 2: Add a Connector
Select the type of data source you want to connect. MCPner supports:
- REST APIs
- GraphQL endpoints
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases
- Files (PDF, CSV, DOCX)
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Step 3: Configure Tools
Use the Sauce App Extractor to automatically generate tool schemas from your data source. Review and customize the generated tools as needed.
Step 4: Deploy
Click "Deploy" to publish your MCP server. You'll receive a unique URL that you can use to connect from Claude Desktop or other clients.
Step 5: Connect
Add your MCP server to Claude Desktop by editing your configuration file. Copy the configuration snippet from your MCPner dashboard.
